WORST ENDING IN THE HISTORY OF FILM
Leftwing7`s Argument

If you had the strength and endurance to make it through the Devil's Rejects (a painfully terrible movie) then you know of the glory that I like to think of as the worst ending in the history of film. The ending involves the badass gang, bloodied and bruised and locked and loaded, driving full speed into a line of police cars. What makes the ending so terrible is that this is all done with Free Bird playing in the background. It is quite the dramatic scene and we have the visionary Rob Zombie to thank for it. Anyway, worst ending of all time hands down.

well simply its a great off the wall film. Slightly strange and unique which is probably why you found it so painful. To me thats called interesting. The ending was excellent, got great closure and was exciting and action packed, what more do you want from an ending?

I think there should be another angle to the argument as I do not believe it to be the worst, nor do I believe that it was good at all either.

Leftwing I have to ask, have you ever watched Lord of the Rings? Did you sit through the three hours of this film, just to have it end with "I'm glad your with me Sam." Good movie, great trilogy, very lame ending.

Not sure I could go with the worst ending in history but the devils reject ending was really cheesy and lame so you have my vote leftwing

Rob Zombie really shouldn't make movies. The ending was terrible and so was the movie. The fact that it was "strange and unique"( which it really wasn't that unique) doens't mean that leftwing found it painful. I'm sure it was painful because it was such a bad movie. How can you call the ending action packed, all they were doing was riding in a car with "Free Bird" playing over it. LAME LAME LAME. sorry Tobstar but your wrong on this one, and any other movie you like as well.

I thought the movie was brilliant and I would have loved to see it with a better budget. It's about time someone took the genre seriously again. I'm sick of cornball. I think the ending was an attempt to bring it back to the days where scary movies were actually had a plot. Like Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
