The I wish Remix is amazing. First of all, he says the N word like 180 times. It rules. He is really taking the power back to the black man. Also, the story line and lyrics of the song in general are AMAZING. It's basically about these two friends who grow up in the hood. One makes it out and the other gets too caught up in thug life and takes a bullet! The friend who got out of the hood feels guilty about surviving. He misses his friend and is really bummed about it. It's just tooooo corny and sentimental, but it rules at the same time. R. Kelly at his finest. |

I prefer the remix to ignition. I am pretty sure R Kelly is talking about having sex but he has crafted his words in such a way that he uses starting up a car as a metaphor. He also has the lines, gimme that toot toot, let me get that beep beep, which alone make it the best song of his career. |
