Just because a person has a badge does not mean they can do whtever they choose. The same way a person with a previous record does not automatically deserve to get beat up by the cops or arrested for a crime they did not commit. Too many times the system has it set up for people to do time by offering deals of lesser sentences to people with previous criminal backgrounds. If a person takes the case to trial because they are innocent, they are faced with the fact that they can receive more time so instead they take the plea of guilty to ensure a lesser sentence or no time served. Who judges the cops that perform brutality and other crimes on citizens whether they have a record or not? Who's the police for the police? We must be vigilant and take a stand against brutality and injustice. |

Most criminals never feel they have done anything wrong and that whoever their victims are, are the ones that provoked the criminal behavior. Most criminals like to play a victim when they get caught and then lash out at police and other authority figures.

Oh My God I agree with you totally and completely! and I come from 4 generations of cops!
A guy/gal puts on that uniform and they think they are above the laws they are sworn to uphold!
Look at a cop wrong or too long when they drive up next to you and they pull you over just to see why you looked at them..... your trying to "hide" something and were staring at them to see if they were checking you out!
I think most of those that become cops today is not to serve and protect but it is the only job they can find were they are in complete control the BOSS and bully anyone they want!
There is a division that does police the police it is called internal affairs division and if you have been mistreated by a cop report them!
You can either go in to the police station and ask to speak to the
commander and tell him you want to file a complaint and then fill out the form...which goes in to the police mans file... and a copy is supposed to go to the chief and IAD or if you look you should be able to find a listing for your state's IAD in your states Capitol.
There are ways to get rid of bad cops I know I have done it!
