I guess this is one of my pet peeves. Think about it when you go to most public restrooms, isn't it easier to get tissue when the roll is placed so that the tissue falls over not under the roll? |

I am not worried by the expense of losing a roll of toilet paper, but cleaning up his messes is enough without allowing him to find how fun it is to spin the toilet paper roll empty. I think there is a reason that if there is any directions on a public restroom toilet paper dispenser, they say to put it under. I have been the person cleaning the restroom and as easy as it would be to not care, I always tried to put it under. |

Essenze...you are correct! I actually change peoples rolls when i see they have it wrong,you could mess up the space time continuum placing the paper under.
