MY SISTERS HAD TO HAVE $1200 AND GET TO S.C. BUT SHE HAD NO RELIABLE RIDE OR THE MONEY SO I TOOK HER,,, WHILE THERE SHE WENT TO JAIL SO I HAD TO FIND SOMEONE THAT WOULD BOND HER OUT AND WHEN I DID THEY WOULD ONLY DO THE BOND IF I SIGNED BECAUSE SHE WAS FROM OUT OF STATE. ANYWAY, I TOOK CARE OF ALL OF HER CRAP,GOT HER A BAIL,PUT MYSELF ON IT ... HAD MY 8MONTH PREGNANT DAUGHTER WITH US AND NOW THAT I DID ALL THIS SHE REFUSES TO PAY A PENNY BACK.. I DIDN'T HAVE THAT MONEY TO LEND BUT COUNTED ON HER TO GIVE IT BACK SOOO I'M SCREWED.... WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT HER/ME/THE SITUATION????? ANY ADVISE??? |

i think it's definitely wrong what your sister did. you went out of your way to help her out, you bailed her out of jail and went to LA to pick her up and she definitely owes you that money back. BUT you should have realized that she was going to stiff you on the money. she's probably being doing shit like this all her life. you learned a lesson. now you have to teach her one. next time she screws up, don't bail her out of trouble and maybe she will stop being such a wacko. you need to let her learn the hard way. |

YEA, SHE IS GONNA PAY BECAUSE THIS TIME I'M TAKING HER SORRY SELF TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
