GIRL NATURALLY IN SHAPE OR GIRL THAT WORKS OUT ALL THE TIME

The girl that has never worked out is in for a rude surprise in a few years when her metabolism starts slowing down. It is not easy to all of a sudden get into working out or exercising. It is like eating healthy. You need to develop the habit when you are young. Girls that dont work out are not going to all of a sudden go to the gym the moment they start gaining weight. Plus they have never had a weight problem before so they likely are so comfortable with themselves that even if they do gain weight they wont care.
Girls that work out all the time however, will be able to keep working out their whole lives and keep their weight where it is. Plus since they work out alot they are likely to have some confidence issues meaning that they are not going to be able to handle it if they get fat so will keep pounding away in the gym to maintain the physique. They already know the hard work it takes to stay in shape and they are doing it. It is acrap shoot with the naturally fit girl who likely wont be able to hack it when the going gets tough.
Well..what a lot of rubbish. Case in point, me. I ran at between 2-6 miles a day....and 25 years later...I quit.... and I'm very comfortable with my extra weight. And, of all my running buddies and jazzercise partners -from back in the day -- well.... quite frankly...none of them kept up the exercising and at least two are in the serioiusly obese category. So, I like your logic and wish that it were true --- but sadly.... I'd vote for the lady who has the great gene pool... I still think the odds are that heredity trumps exercise in the end.
