	I am a quiet observer who has over the past 9 months witnessed my teacher harass the fellow who sits by the window. I have never spoken to this guy but every lesson when he sits down at his computer, he will begin his work and sure enough several minutes into the lesson, the teacher will accuse him of playing computer games while his neighbors (one male one female) comitt the same offence.
