So i have this classmate sitting behind me and since i don't have really much friends in this class, I will try to talk to people sitting around me. And it havent really been a problem until recently when i can see her expression. She had been talking about me on twitter with her friends too. What did i do wrong? I just wanted to talk to them. And yet they find me annoying.

They are clearly insecure. There is not one TRULY self-confident bitch in this world that would talk shit about another person. They may also have their own "clique" formed, which (as stupid as it may seem) may be a basic cause of the issue. You have done nothing wrong. These bitches aren't worthy of your time. I have been in this situation so many times. I was the outcast in my high school, so pretty much everyone did this to me. I can tell you right now that the best thing you can do is ignore it. Forget them. I know having friends makes school easier, but they aren't necessary for your education. Focus on your grades and performance, so that you end up above and beyond them. You will outperform them and and be so much better than them in the end.
