My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 4 years. We broke up in november cause he had been cheating on me (only kissing girls) one of the times where he cheated on me, he was at the Roskilde Festival. We got back together about 6 month ago, and we're taking things slow to build up my trust again. This year I bought a ticket to the festival to and have fun with my friends, while he had to work. A few days ago he tells me he has bought a ticket and intends to go to the festival anyways. He thought it was gonna make me happy, but I did not approve. He is gonna hang out with his mates, whom are a very bad influence on him. We are gonna be far away from each other and I don't feel like I can trust him. He has promised me nothing will happen, but I can't be sure. I know he cares about me, but he has been kissing girls througout our whole relationship cause he gets too drunk and can't control his actions. I am almost positive that he can't control himself this time either, and for sure not at this festival. I am worried sick, and he doesn't seem to understand how much this bothers me.
I am very angry because I feel like this is gonna ruin my festival, and I am gonna be thinking about him and what he might be doing all the time.
He doesn't think I am being very fair, and that he should be allowed to do whatever he wants, because he can't be judged for his previous mistakes.
I am sure we are in a different place in our lives right now, and I think he has matured a lot. I just still don't feel safe and I don't feel like I can trust him.
